I am happy to present ASSIST and give you a taste of the transformative power of the work of Salesian Sisters along with the lay collaborators which convinces us to believe in goodness, humanitarianism and social commitment.
I take this opportunity to appreciate the effects of the ASSIST team in realizing their slogan, Integrate, Catalyze, Transform" through every intervention at various level. It has been an unassuming task as the initial works are always marked with birth pangs. I congratulate them for the effects in organization and empowering children, youth and women with knowledge skills and opportunity to exercise their rights and grow as transforming agents in their respective community.
I extend my words of gratitude to the Directress Sr. Azarias Arokia Mary Selvi who elicit the team to go forward, our Benefactors, Partners, Supporters and Volunteers, who have assisted us in realizing our strategies to empower the marginalized.
